Buddys Minion Birthday

What great fun it was to be at Buddys Minion Birthday party as he celebrated turning into a big boy of 3 years old!

I first met Buddy on one of our Autumn Mini Shoots earlier on in the year and he was such a happy character, so full of energy and such a beautiful expressive personality – I knew it was going to be an exciting day.

I arrived at the Trafalgar Road Baptist Church, Horsham just before the guests, and was pulled into a large ‘helicopter’ inflatable ball pit and bouncy castle by the birthday boy (I am sure I have more fun than the kids do at these parties!!!) – which allowed the family time to finish getting things set up.

It was clear by the decor that buddy loved Minions – with the table laid out with Minion themed paraphernalia, banners, balloons and cakes – he even had a guest appearance by a Minion too! The joy on his face was wonderful…

Also entertaining the children was the very talented Lord Geoffrey a balloon artist who amazed both adults and children with his balloon modelling (highly recommended). Then it was time for the food which was catered for by The Icing on the Cake. Delicious sandwiches and cakes made their way to the table before the good old Happy Birthday sing along.

Buddys Minion Birthday was wrapped up with a Lightening McQueen piñata filled to the brim with delicious sweets and then, daringly, a final play before the guests departed. As a special treat for the immediate family the party continued with a spot of high tea which I managed to capture before I left them to enjoy in peace.
